Frequently asked questions

Yes, Detaily is designed to be fully white-label. You set your own logo, colours and domain (e.g. app.yourcompany.com). Neither the portal, PDF certificates nor emails reveal that Detaily is running under the hood. It's your platform — we're just the engine behind it.
Your data belongs to you. On downgrade or cancellation you can export everything as CSV and JSON within 30 days of cancellation. We never delete data without prior notice, and you will always be able to download your certificates and history.
Absolutely. Detaily is asset-first — the system supports cars, boats, motorcycles, trucks, machines and any other asset you can imagine. You define the relevant categories and field schemas yourself, so the system fits exactly your industry.
Yes, Detaily has a complete role hierarchy: super admin → country agent → distributor → company owner → manager → installer. Each level sees exactly what they are entitled to. As a distributor you can give your installer partners access to the shared product catalogue and branding, while you retain the overview.
No. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with one month's notice. Annual subscriptions run for one year at a time and are non-refundable, but you save 20% compared to monthly billing. We offer a free 30-day trial so you can test the system thoroughly before deciding.
Yes. The customer portal is fully responsive and works on all devices. The customer can view all their assets and warranties, accept digitally, download PDF certificates and receive push notifications about service — all from their smartphone, tablet or computer.
